Yeah, #34 isn't nearly as fun as #21 was... here's a little smiley face synopsis of that night:

Re: Azsteve's '66
Hello to all the Patrol People out there! It's been a looong time since I've been on this forum and I'm happy to be back. I've missed the bonhomie that is so much a part of the Patrol community in general, and specifically here at 60patrol. I disappeared for a few years and several of you folks reached out to me looking to find out why, and I want to apologize for not responding until now. It was inconsiderate of me to do that and I am sorry. It's a long story so suffice it to say the last few years I've been distracted from the things that matter by the things that don't... bad jobs, bad relationships, etc. It has not been fun, to say the least, but I've come out the other side with a renewed appreciation for and focus on the important stuff in life. I'm making some big changes and that's why I've come back to 60patrol. Unfortunately, it's a bittersweet return because I've come back to sell my Patrol and all my "Patrolibilia".
I'm currently going through the process of enlisting in the military. I've always wanted to serve my country and I'm going to give it a shot now before it's too late, and I don't want to regret not even trying. It's going to take a lot of work (and a few waivers) for me to be accepted and will require making some financial changes so I can put myself in the best position possible. To that end, I'm consolidating my stuff, minimizing my expenses.. and looking to pay off a few debts. If I'm accepted it's a certainty that I'll be unable to do anything with my Patrol for the next six years, at a minimum, and it just doesn't make sense to hold onto it anymore. This is very high on my list of regrets, but I still feel that the Patrol is THE car for me and fully intend to get another someday when it's a more practical undertaking. I'm just putting Project Patrol on hold for a bit... maybe a decade or so, ha.
Everything "Patrol" that I have is for sale, and I really hope to be able to do it in a single sale. I'm certain that the sum of the parts (...and documents) would be greater than the whole but I just don't feel I have the time to piece it out... I need to get all this stuff taken care of in the next 3 weeks or so. I've accumulated a darn fine library of Patrol stuff and have a plethora of spare parts. I'm going to be cataloging it all this weekend, getting Photobucket back up and running, taking photos, putting together descriptions and such, and hope to have it all posted for sale here and on Craigslist, and possibly Ebay too, by Monday. I need $5200 and, frankly, I doubt I can get that much for everything I have but I hope to get as close as possible. I know I've definitely spent more than that, ha.
So anyway, I guess that's about it for now. Please, if anyone has any questions at all, let 'em rip and I will do my best to answer as promptly as possible.

One thing I forgot to mention, everything I have is for sale except for one of my spare mirrors. It's spoken for by Miss River. I didn't forget about that.

Thanks so much for checking in, it truly is great to hear from you. Life happens, we all know that and often times our beloved Patrols must take a backseat to that. Congratulations on your forward moving decision, and maybe some of us will still be around when you try this again in 10 years.
