I opened up my Hitachi VC42 to look inside at the float. In doing so, It looks like I "munged" the gasket. I've searched Google, and made a few phone calls and sent a few emails to no avail.
Unless someone on this forum has a extra kit they would part with, is it possible to make a gasket? Has anyone done it?
