Thanks for link, RiverPatrol - looks like I'll be cutting and welding, but nice to know someone has fresh sheetmetal for these..

The adapter is u-shaped, I need to crawl under and see what it looks like from underneath - for all practical purposes, it could be made using 2 separate steel blocks, left and right, to provide boltup capability - no real need for a cross peice underneath, but I'll get under there and see what's what.

I will be out of the country for 2 weeks starting Thursday April 11, and internet will be hard to come by, so please don't think I'm ignoring you - I'll be back online the 27th.

Thanks -

Steve

Welcome, I'm not sure if I've ever seen this rig. Pics please.

And if you're still in contact with Jeepy, try and convince him to post his parts for sale here also..
I have Jeepy's old contact info. Not sure if it is still the same.

Here is a post from npca when Jeepy listed his Patrol on ebay.

I am selling my 1967 Patrol with a 327" V-8 on Ebay. The reserve is a mere $1,400 for a Patrol that has virtually no rust and only minimal body damage (one small spot). This is one of the cleanest unrestored bodies I have seen. It needs a good home where someone can get the V-8 to run again after 20 some years of storage. Please take a look at it... Plenty of good parts on it as well. Original front and rear seats, rust free fenders, doors, tub, rear tire rack, axles, tranny, t-case, front and rear ORIGINAL turn signals that are in good shape... There is certainly more in parts in this truck than I am asking for it. It would be a shame to strip it but it simply has to go. The city says it can't stay and I refuse to crush a classic...
