how much would you pay, 65 hard top

Hi guys

I am thinking of buying a 65 Hard top that is original, it is complete (a bit rusty though), engine does start and needs a little work and has no title. How much would you pay for it? May come with some spare parts. Don´t have photos available yet.

Being located in South America, with no title, I will say no more than $1000.

It will depend on where you are and how difficult it will be to make it street legal.
