They never came fitted from the factory. In the USA it was a dealership option.

To clarify:
Many dealers installed locking hubs to replace the free wheeling hubs installed at the factory.

If a dealer installed Selectro hubs, they may have installed this decal:

I do not have the dimensions, however the photo below may may be helpful in extrapolating the size.

mine has warn hubs, and I think its got a warn sticker on the firewall. I've seen reproduction stickers made by one of the fj40 parts dealers.I'll have to see if I can find the link again. heres an ebay link to one.
