When sending a Private Message, why do the messages sit so long in the "Outbox" folder before actually being sent? For example, the last one I sent has been sitting in the outbox for over an hour. It doesn't show up in the Sent folder.
EDIT: now over 4 hours, and it's still in the Outbox.

It will stay in the Outbox until the recipient reads the message.
