Operationally Wheel Cylibders. SOS

Greeting fellow Patrollees,

We are planning another off road adventure April 5-7. However we may need a wheel cylinder. Does anyone have one they can send to Our mechanic in Apine,TX this week?

If 4WD in Australia has them in stock I’ll order a set tomorrow but they will not get here in time. Plus if they are Protex then maybe not as they don’t fit and are very poor quantity anyway.

Any help would be appreciated.

Rolling and Patrolling….. in need of stopping power.

If you have one please send it to:

Powers Auto Repair
1806 US-90, Alpine, TX 79830
Care of Lance Lacy - 06 Ranch

I’m in Istanbul at the moment so I can search my parts areas. I’m sure I have some but I think they are in CO.

Lastly can they be rebuilt? Eddie can rebuild anything.

Thanks again,
David

I think the Protex is about all that is available unless there is another source I am unaware of. We need to know which one you need since they are different right to left and front to rear. If it's just leaking it should be able to be rebuilt.

Thanks, I’m a bit distant from the problem.
If it is rebuildable then Eddie can do it. Are seal kits available here?
Help is appreciated at usual.

Greetings,
The need is covered for now. BUT if anyone has any bad wheel cylinders I’ll be glad to buy them and Eddie will figure out or make seals.

I sent a message to 4WD Products asking if they had any inventory and have not heard back.
