Does anyone have a photo (or can you take one) of the spare tire carrier latch bar (not sure if that is the correct term for it)? It appears there is a long bar that swings into place like a clock hand and holds the spare tire against the body at the top of the carrier, while the latch locks the carrier against the frame at the bottom. My Patrol did not have this bar on the carrier when I got it, so I'm likely going to have to have one made and I'd just like to know what it looks like. If you have measurements, that would be great too. Thank you and I hope I described it in a way that makes sense.
