I have gotten a general understanding of wheel fitment by lurking (short-term) and so on. Like 4.25" backspace, pilot diameter, etc. But, I was wondering if a 5.18" backspace wheel would fit. 16x7 oem tacoma steelies is what I'm looking at. I'm gonna put a 235/85r16 duratrac on it.

Edit: I decided to go with a 215/85r16 over the 35 for better chances with fitment.

Like many unknowns, you don't know until you try.
