needing to sell my Patrol

Hey all, I've got a 1966 Nissan Patrol project truck that I need to sell. It is about 95% done and what I have done is emulate. I work at a fab shop so I have many opportunities to make trick parts for it. It's not stock, sorry, it has a custom roll cage (beautiful), the floors and fender walls are covered in diamond plate (cosmetic), the inside including the dash is herculined (very similar to Rino Lining), it is sprung over, brand new selectro hubs, racing bucket seats (out of Mazda RX7), Rebuilt Carb, custom front and rear bumpers with towing receiver and winch basket, and much more stuff. As you can see I've put the hours in and I really don't want to sell it, but as life goes on things change and priorities change. I know I won't get what I have in it out, but if it sounds interesting I'll send some pics. One of the few things left to do is paint, I have it purchased, but not enough time to do it.
