Patrol Turns Star

Another Patrol sighting on the big screen. Thats right, when I saw a preview to the movie The Rundown starring the Rock, I thought I spotted a Patrol. No, it definately wasn't the Cruiser (which gets destroyed BTW). Look for the three window vents and the grill. And, sure enough you'll see it in the movie if you look close. It is on screen for a few seconds about 1/2-2/3 of the way into the movie. Then they show a close up of the top, ok too close to really tell. I thought I also spotted a newer Patrol than the 60's but can't confirm. Most of the show takes place in Brazil so I thought it would be infested with Toyotas, but there are even some Rovers for those fans too. The movie is good for action and a little comedy, so if you get the chance, look at the star in it:) xpatrolx
