WTB: brackets for boots

The rubber boots available on ebay just don't fit well for me, so I'm going to have some vinyl ones made to match my seats.
However, I don't have the brackets for either the e-brake or the transfer case levers. They look like this (image posted by another user here recently):
Anyone have a set? I'll be stripping and painting them, so as long as they're not too rusty or bent, I'm interested.
