Another New 1969 Patrol Owner

Just starting to restore my new 1969 Patrol. Going to be a great vehicle for this summer in Montana. Does anyone have good photos of how the vehicle should have come. I have questions on the right side mirror (type and location) and want to make sure I get the front running lights correct. Sounds like it is really difficult to find rubber for the windows. Will start posting pictures as soon as a drag it back out of my barn. Vehicle has some surface rust but, nothing rusted through. Came with all parts and custom full cage (not sure they had a factory one) and a safari rack. Also what size wheels / pattern fits on these? Wrestling on keeping it completely stock or adding some functional upgrades and non-factory paint colors. Noticed again this year that the old Broncos and Cruisers were going for more as resto mods than bone stock. The patrol is a little boring in all white. I think this will be a fun project as long as I can find the parts I need. Overall again pretty good shape for a '69 especially since I only paid $2400. Hope to start posting more and look forward to any advice from the experienced owners.

Welcome to 60Patrol!

Congratulations on your new project. You've come to the right place for all of your questions.
There were two styles of '69, so if you could post a picture of yours so we know which style it is it will be easier to point you in the right direction for pictures of correct components. The best place to look is in the 'Brochures' section.
I can't really say that rest mod Patrols are going for more than others. Maybe if tastefully done, but the stock restos bring the big bucks.
Wheels are 6 lug pattern, the same as Toyota and Chevy. Stock was 15".

Looking at the photos I am missing the RH Side Mirror that mounts on the fender. The vehicle currently has mirrors on the door. Any good sources for a factory type mirror?

Hi we have built the first couple reproduction of Arm for fender mirror. In a couple weeks we can build others.
Thanks
