HORN BUTTON PART

Post by marcopdonoso »

If you ever had to disarm the horn button of your Patrol, surely you will recognize the design of the plastic piece attached in pdf.

If that piece is lost or destroyed it is possible to replicate with a 3D printer, let me know so that I send the STL file by mail or something.

Regards!!

Excellent, I have friend in Hershey, PA with a couple of plastic 3D printers. I can't speak for him but I think we would make a couple of people need them.

I have a 3d printer, so if I can get the STL file, I can make these up for whoever needs them.

my last post was 4 months ago. I obviously didn't get around to printing that part in the timeframe I said I would. I thought it would be no biggie and would get to it in a week. Little did I know that I would have the soccer accident that would leave me sidelined for far too long. Anyway, I finally got to doing this in the last few days. The file Marco sent was perfect. The blue parts are the newly minted ones on my 3d printer. the black one is the original, showed for reference. If anyone needs these little parts, let me know. Now all I need to do is track down the spring to get my horn operational.
