Well, if you could reproduce the part on a drawing...the gear part, you could have a local shop cut it out on a CNC plasma table or water jet cutting table. The local metal supplier in our little town has the capability so a bigger town, easy meat I would think. I am guessing that that this part follows conventional gear profile geometry.
