Look here:
http://www.60patrol.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=3279. Datsunlandsocal makes them. I think Mike might be on vacation or something right now though, he seems to be unavailable.

I just took my old gaskets out in anticipation of receiving my new glass panels tomorrow. Ideally, I should replace both gaskets. Datsunlocal's site has been down for the past couple of days. Anywhere else to buy? I assume these are not something I want to try to track down used? You don't know the rough cost for a pair do you?

Same question for the barn door window gaskets. I would be willing to put in a close-enough version for these if someone has a recommendation. Just checked out the compatible parts list and a 1965-71 VW beetle or super beetle rear window gasket is shown. Anyone every used one in their Patrol?

There isn't another source for the sliding window weatherstrip. Before Datsunlandsocal started reproducing them, folks would get together and do a group buy to have a bunch made. A minimum order of 10 was required.
I suppose you could try to find a used one. But unless it was one that was replaced within the last 10 years, an original be isn't likely going to be reusable.

He's asking about the sliding side windows, not the rear door windows. Good to know the VW stuff works though.
