Ebay Purchase Issues

I purchased a few items from an Ebay seller in Columbia, anpira83. I had never used Ebay but the seller had great feedback with a good number of ratings.
However, my package has now been sitting at what I guess is a shipper for over 2 weeks. The seller said something about it being spring break there so things shut down.
Second, when I check the tracking number the street address shown is close but incorrect and contains no city or state. I pointed this out to the seller and he said he used the address from Ebay.
Does anyone have any feedback on this seller?
Is what he is saying about the shipper shutting down for weeks true?
Can the address the package is being shipped to be different than what is listed with the tracking number? My tracking number is RI002353836CO with the carrier listed as 472 colombia. My actual address (same as listed on Ebay) is:
659 Ransom Silvers Rd.
Burnsville, NC 28714
I'm worried I might never see my purchases and if I wait too long I won't be able to easily reverse the charges.

I believe I have purchased from him in the past. It does seem to take quite awhile for the package to arrive. And the tracking seems to not be very accurate till it gets to the states.

I have purchased from this seller also, with no problems.
Shipping to and from Colombia is tricky. I have shipped parts there and the parts don't go directly there, they go to a 'virtual' address somewhere, like Florida. When I address the package, it has a code on it that tells where the final destination is. This virtual address may be a relay center of some sort. That relay center then sends the package to Colombia. So, it is possible that your package is sitting at a relay center, that is closed for spring break. I wouldn't worry.

I have gotten everything I have ordered from him but it takes a long time, and his packing methods are almost funny there so bad.

I've been watching a few items from them also. I sent a question to them but received no answer, so haven't made a commitment to buy.

After I purchased, he also dropped communication with me for a number of days, only reconnecting when I told him I planned to reverse charges and contact Ebay and Paypal. Maybe things recently have changed because his past selling history looks good. I will update you and everyone else about how things turn out.

WUDGYUBY? If you don't mind me asking.
I would like the window wipe and scrape that he has listed. And 1 set of clear front turn signals.

I believe that you can get the window wipe/scrape form Datsunsocal.com but his site is out for maintenance atm is says. I'm pretty sure he has them though because I bought all my rubber that he had from there.

I bought a set of clear front signal lights, a set of brake lights, ebrake boot, and inside door handle. He also had an oem bakelite headlight switch knob but wanted $25, which I didn't shell out for. I can let you know what I think of the clear indicator lights and send additional pictures when/if I receive them.
