I am wondering if the rear of sliding glass from a 69 will fit a 65 o or are they differrent

It will fit, there is no difference in size. The only changes made to the sliding windows were the handle. The early glass, I think up through '65, had handles that mounted with screws to the glass. After that there were grooves etched into the glass as handles for sliding.
