This is a '67 Patrol with two-tone paint. Reading the descriptions on these listings is pretty interesting sometimes. It sold here for $6,700.

This Patrol sold above for $6,700. So, now it's been painted blue and has a different set of wheels, and sells for $9,000 on 5/11/2013. It is owned by member Urban60.
