Hi mate,
Not sure of any conversions off the top of my head for a G60 but I have heard of one in a FJ40. The owner ended up getting rid of it after 12 months because despite its power, it was heavy and handled like crap, shook the truck to bits and chewed out drive shafts.
Good luck and make sure you post up pics when and if you decide to have a go!

Hi fastfit,
a guy I bought a G61 from last year told me a relative of his had a Perkins 6-cylinder diesel conversion in a G60 - he spoke highly of it...if he's still active on this forum he may see this and be able to tell you more ?
cheers, and good luck !

I am not so sure a 6BT will fit without major cutting. A 4BT though will fit nicely. 6BT is a ton of weight too. You must also consider the trans and t-case length that is used behind the 6BT. Not a lot of room in the SWB for a long trans/t-case. MWB truck many more options but with a SWB you could end up with a rear driveline that is 6" long.
Cheers
