Reverse light switch

Hi all,
Does anyone know if this will fit the nissan gearbox? As in thread size? Also is it the correct switch type (Normally Open)?

I know the normally open is correct. The connector is incorrect tho.

This switch wont work, looks like the plunger protrudes too far.

River, do you have a part number for this switch?? The Datsun 311 ebay site will not let me purchase anything from them?!!?
