67 Nissan Patrol for sale

It was givin to me by my dad because my truck is in the shop and he wants me to sell this instead of him paying for my truck to get fixed. He says its worth between 4500 and 6000. i really have no idea. it has a $900 dollar lift and $800 tires and rims and a $150 dollar tow bar on the front. I will put pictures up later. This patrol has only been in my family it was my grandfathers then my dads and now mine. Has less than 60000 miles on the odometer but i dont know the exact amount. please give me some offers.
