I did google it, There is a shop in Reno, but I'm looking for somebody to give them a new face plate, the "20 mph" is flaking off and I would like both gauges to look like new.

Hmmm...you would think that would be part of restoring the instruments. The gauges are known for peeling after they sit in the sun for decades. Sometimes you can find decent replacements. I bought a brand new one on eBay once.
Here is a place that says they "make the gauges look like new": http://dandmrestoration.com/services Check them out, the website looks pretty impressive.

Ricks restorations in Vegas has a guy that specialises in renewing paint and lettering details. Gauge repair shops should know of others like him in your area.

Re: Dash instrument restoration?
Would you consider replacing the gauge with another one?
There are some spares around the forum.
