continously blowing head gasket 4.2tdi head has 7thou ovality any posible additive to cue saving strip.

I've been using Copper Coat gasket sealer on all kinds of head gaskets for over twenty years, including on some very old engines, and none have blown yet. You might try that. Also make sure your engine isn't overheating.

thanks for your help engine has never been cooked symtem of head gasket blown is over heating.

If you use the Copper Coat, be sure to shake the can well so the copper stays in suspension and spreads evenly. Use it on both sides of the gasket. Don't be afraid to use a lot, and it's harmless if a little drips down in the cylinders. Torque the head bolts evenly, then check the torque again after a few days of driving.
