Inspection/under hood light

Does anyone know the part number for the inspection/under hood light for a 1979 Nissan g60 Patrol?  It is chrome plated with a push-on cover. Does anyone know where I can get a few?  Thanks for the help.Attachment: inspec light 2.JPG
