Thanks Miller,

Always hard as mates come over and say what have you done as it looks the same. Yet I have still done days moving rubble, cutting concrete slabs or tidying up. When it’s only 1 man working you soon realize how little you get done in 1 day.

Still looking forward to the 2 weeks with the goal to get floor, wall framing and roof on. I reckon that’s when it will feel real.

Well have ordered my an caps for the brickwork, legislation that we need gal steel separating the sub floor from the brick work, collect this Monday as getting folded to size. Ordered LVL's (engineered timber) for the bearers and josits here already and structaflor sheeting. Just need to finish cleaning my subfloor space, also laying my spare bricks in the balcony subfloor space, cleaning up back yard to lay some new turf as spring here.

So once I get the framing gun will be go go go on bearers and joists, mind you will loose a day installing the ant capping as need to join and seal all sheets.

Antcapping completed today, some bearers placed in position for a look see.

FYI, antcapping is a continuous metal barrier to make termite build a mud bridge around it, means we catch it on visual inspections. We must do it as mandatory
