Thanks everyone.

Did you make the wheel arches yourself?
No my fab skills done stretch that far yet! I purchased these guards, they are 11" trailer guards. I've seen a few with a similar set up. I like this because it offer protection to the underside of the tray. Others use the tray to make up the top part of the guard.

It's a late 90's GQ Patrol chassis. Coil sprung, discs all round, LSD in the rear. Endless suspension upgrades available.
This won't be happening for a very long time but I just couldn't pass up the deal!!

Poor ol HP hasn't had much love for a while.
Got the chance to head out to the shed for a little bit today.
Mocked up the under tray box and framed the new tail lights.
I'm jumping around a little on this tray but I keep finding that there is an order things need to be done in order to keep it all square. Anyway, it's coming along.

The tray and its functionality are beginning to show! Congratulations Tim.
Are you going to install some sliders for that tray? That will be interesting to see.

Thanks everyone. It's nice when your vision starts to take shape.
Sorry Esteban, what do you mean by sliders? It will have a roll bar at each end and drop down sides on the tray. I'll eventually have it covered with canvas.
I plan to fab up some rails to tie in the tail lights to the wheel arches.

Sorry. Once reading again it's confusing what I said. What I wanted tr refer is the storage space under the tray. Is it going all the length? If so, how do you access all besides the door in the rear?
The choice of lights also look great.
