Looks great! The disk brake conversion looks like an original equipment.
Where did you source the front axle nut socket that apoears in the last picture?

I think that is the first one that I bought for my land cruiser. It is a 55mm socket. The land cruiser actually uses a 54mm.

Most likely got it on ebay. You can buy SAE size axle sockets too.

It's always cool to find little surprises like that when working on the projects. I know when I first started getting into Patrols springs were still available for a very brief period.

Took out gas tank and washed out a bunch of 30+ year old Colorado dirt to get ready to clean up underside a bit.

You're measuring on worn tires and that will increase somehow the treadwidth. Probably a better comparison will be to check the nominal specs of both tires. Maybe the difference won't be that much.
