fwiw, I use ChemTech CT14 - awesome cleaning power, just don't get it on your skin !
...and only use it on metal parts, it'll make a mess of seals and gaskets.

I believe I have a hydraulic clutch. There is a Nabco master cylinder next to my brake master cylinder. Is that for the clutch? Is that the only location fluid is added? The 1970 Esso Service Chart doesn't show which fluid to use for a hydraulic clutch. Recommendations?

Any brake fluid will do. Use the regular one, type DOT 3.

What replacement Oil Pressure Sensor have people found and used?? I searched the site but didn't find anything definitive. I did find a similar one 83520-60011 but it has an extra tab on the outside that the original one didn't have. Any suggestions??

Second question, what is the difference between the two flashers or are they identical? I only see 1 in the parts book.

One is a 4-way flasher for hazard lights, the other is a turn signal flasher. I don't know if they are interchangeable; I kind of think not.

Yeah I knew that they were for the turn and 4 way I was just wondering if they were interchangeable or if they were different.

I spent much of today greasing Mountain. I used the Esso service chart (
http://www.60patrol.com/forum/download/file.php?id=372). I have a few quick questions.
1. The chart says there are 8 fittings in the front suspension and steering linkage yet only shows 4 on the diagram. I greased the two ball joints, pitman arm? where it joins the long arm, and where the two long arms meet. Are there 4 more? The chart says 4 spring shackle fittings but there are actually 8 between the front and back. Does the chart include the front shackles in the 8 front suspension and steering linkage listing rather than in the shackles listing?
2. What is a tracta-joint and how do I know if I have them?
3. When you grease the front axle do you stop when you see grease coming out between the large ball at the end of the axle and what looks to be a seal around it?
4. How in gods name to you put these Patrols in neutral? While greasing the rear axle u-joints I wanted to spin the shaft by hand to get access to the fittings. However, I couldn't figure out how to get the transfer case in neutral. I ended up pushing her.

1. There are 4 grease fittings for the steering linkage as you mentioned.
There are 4 suspension ones at the front shackles and 4 at the rear.
There are 4 grease fittings in the front axle, depending on the year. Up to 1968 they were equiped with Tracta joints. In that case you'll have a greas fitting onthe axle jacket next to the large ball. If you don't have a grease fitting there, you have CV joints instead.
With the tracta joints you'll have also a grease fitting on the top bearing cap of the large ball. With CV joints you have a grease fitting next to the upper bearing cap, to the rear.
2. Tracta joints. Wikipedia will have a much better explanation than me. It's a "constant velocity" joint as well. A U-joint is not constant velocity and they suck!
3. Don't put too much grease on the large ball. With a manual pump I've always put around 20 pumps there (used to, since I swapped axles with a 74)
4. To put in neutral the transfer case, you move the left lever one step, without engaging the 4WD lever. Then you could raise one rear wheel and rotate the arbor so the grease fittings will be accessible.
I'm away from home, so I can't post a picture that might clarify the fron axle grease fittings.
