Thanks for sharing that pic river. That was immensely helpful. I got the spark wires on correctly and with gas going straight in the top of the carb it sounds great. However the carb is still not pumping gas at all so I’m thinking I’m just gonna order a new carb and go from there. Thanks for the help as always

Been awhile since I’ve done anything with my patrol but I’m getting back on it. I’m currently looking for a brake master cylinder but having a hard time finding comparable ones. Does anybody have any links for one that would fit?

People have used a Wilwood dual master cylinder. Just search here for Wilwood and you'll find plenty of info.

So besides the wilwood, would a (60s, 70s) Chevy c10 brake cylinder work? I’m doing everything on a little to no budget so anywhere I can save money is a necessity

Hi patrollers,
Haven’t been on in a while, had to take a break on the Patrol, with doing other projects and what not. Trying to get back on it though and would like some advice on where to get new parts to get my rig roadworthy. Here’s my list on what I need to make my patrol road worthy, as far as needing new parts.
Brake lights
Front lights
Mirrors
Brakes
I have a much longer list of what I need done, as far as interior, hoses, rubbers, glass, etc., but these are what parts I know for sure I need replaced. I know I can replace mirrors with aftermarket and can make my own mounting for them but figured I’d put them on the list anyway. If anyone is able to send me info on the lights and brakes (pads and drums) I would really appreciate it. Thanks everyone you guys are always so helpful. And again, I know I mentioned it earlier, but I’m on a tight budget, I know I should get top of the line replacements but it is what it is

Search eBay for lights, you should be able to find something that works.

Here is a set of front and rear brake cylinders. Ask the seller if they have shoes, they usually do. https://www.ebay.com/itm/331677862533

These mirrors are my go to for replacement mirrors. Bolt on, not modifications needed. https://www.sor.com/cat/166#166-01A

Often with Patrols we don't have the option of choosing budget or high end parts because there is only one source of the part available.

I am looking for the whole assembly. Unfortunately it looks like someone’s shot out my headlights with a bb or pellet gun
