Thanks Ron, Presidio Patrol will be never be the same. And thanks for telling me an enclosed battery compartment is dangerous. Now, can you fab me a OEM front bumper? I just need the bent 6" channel. BAM can weld it on. I've been selling left over girl scout cookies on ebay for 2 months so I'm in the chips right now.

My 67 is missing more than just that cover. I'll have to get pictures, but there is nothing to attach that cover to under my seat. Can somebody post a picture or 2 of the battery cover area?

My 66 is also missing the latch that is spotwelded under the seat. I can make you one of them too. I just need a picture of it to duplicate it.

Ron, The Green Machine has a well preserved battery hatch area. I am going by to pick up the spare off to it on Friday. If pictures don't surface sooner I will have the pictures ready by mid afternoon. Of course I don't know anything about Patrols so it maybe missing a catch or latch and I don't know it. Regardless, pictures forthcoming.
