Try a magnet if you cannot reach it.
A new one is the ticket.
Nice to see you after things!

I got the cable at Knechts. It is ATP brand part number Y-872. Here is a link to one on Amazon.

Is there a wiring diagram available for Andrews 69, I'm trying to help him get his headlamps working. The 69 i have doesn't have a complete harness so i can't trace all the wires down. Thanks i would appreciate any help.

From earlier in this thread... Didn't shed any light?

Headlamp is second from the right. Power in at the top, out at the bottom. Do you have power at the bottom? You should also check if there is power at the foot dimmer switch because regardless of high beam or low beam all headlamp power runs from the dash switch, through the dimmer and then to the lamp.
'69 wiring diagram..

There are wiring diagrams in the Patrolabilia category. There is a '69 specific wiring diagram here:

Thanks Miller and River

Andrew called me last night and i tried walking him through testing the fuse box with a volt meter, which worked we tested it first. He said there was no voltage to any of the top terminals to the fuse box. Which doesn't make sense. Looking at the wiring diagram if there was no voltage at the first terminal(closest to the fire wall) the vehicle wouldn't start and run, and it does. I believe the corrosion on the fuse box is hampering a good reading to the volt meter. So at this point i think all the wire, screw, and fuse clip connections need to be cleaned along with the fuses. I think this will solve a lot of the problems. Also the fuse clips on this box are replaceable, I have some xtra clips if you want them Andrew.
