60Patrol

Okay, due to popular demand, and the fact that the file is too large to email, I have made this manual available for download. Got to http://www.denken-digital.com/patrol/patrolstuff.htm and click on the link. Warning: it is a REALLY big file, and even with DSL or modem it will take better than half an hour  to download.   Also note: this is ONLY the Engine service manual; it does not cover the whole truck. If everyone is real nice to me, I MIGHT put the whole truck manual available at the same place.

And - if someone can get me a set of decent side steps, I'll put a parts manual out there. Deal?

I think it is great you made the manual more available! Grant scanned it all and it is posted on this site, that takes a lot of effort I know from doing it. Yet, not everyone takes the time to find his scanned service manual on this site. Also I have posted this before but here is a link to a place that sells reproduction service manuals and a 65 parts book. http://www.schiffeuropean.com./Main_Catalog.html Plus I have a 71 & 77 parts books scanned and will sell one on disc for $20. I also give them away when you buy lot's of parts! I have a 62, 65, 71, 77, 80 parts books but only the 71 & 77 are scanned right now...others will be available in the future along with service manuals. A variety of books also are on ebay reguarly for Patrols from 1960-1990's. The books are easy to find, the parts are not!

does it cover the 260 patrol if so that would be great

I have a copy of the service manual and most of the repair manual on the 1960-63 Patrol.  If you want a copy of specific pages I can scan and email to you.
