I ended up getting the Trico Classic 12-1. It had one adapter, the 7mm. I had to file the end of the arm just a bit to fit it. It has a good period look to it.

The Trico Classic 11-1 and Trico Exact Fit 11-1 did not have the 7mm adapter. If I need the 11's the parts store will let me swap them out. Will the 12" work? They don't leave the glass on the bottom. However, I don't know whether there will be any issues at the top or sides. Too darn cold out today to fiddle with them. Sitting on the pegs here:

I don't think you'll have any problems. The bottom clearance is the critical.

Although I may be corrected;

An original 1968 Patrol has round turn signals mounted on the front fenders and the early style wiper arms.
An original 1969 Patrol has rectangular turn signals mounted on the front fenders and the later style wiper arms.

A prior owner many have updated (or backdated) the Patrol with original parts from a different model year.

Without regard to the year referenced on the title document, it may be a bit less confusing if you refer to your vehicle by the proper model year when requesting for information on the applicable parts interchange options.

That sounds right. I have the round turn signals, as well as two windshield vents and a three pronged steering wheel. Best guess is it is a 68 re-branded a 69.

Keith, I just measured mine and they are 9.5". My wipers came from a 74 model, that are the same as the 69. However, I took the tip off to be able to install regular wiper blades as I described earlier in this thread. Maybe that part that I took will add another 1/2" to the length, so they're probably 10" long (254mm).

Maybe RiverPatrol can measure one of her Patrols.
