The tick mark that is most visible is the one that is the most CCW of the bunch - I assume this is 0deg BTDC - correct ?
So 15deg BTDC is the most CW of the bunch
(Just to be crystal clear, if the 0 BTDC tick mark is lined up with the timing cover pointer, then 15 BTDC is on the driver side of the engine, right?)
You are correct.

Shouldn't PFP be on set somewhere by now?

All alone? It must be so frightened, all by itself, in a foreign land, without you there! ;-)

Once they decided PFP was indeed what they wanted to use for the shoot, they asked me to do the back to stock front end mod, and to stop driving it around town.
They also told me they would be trailering it onto set to avoid any last minute issues.

They said I was more than welcome to attend, they in fact preferred it if I did come (in case something went wrong), but I had to drive myself out to the location.

They returned PFP to me after the shoot that same night.

All good!
