Re: Seals: transfer case input-output, pinion.
Got me thinking, because I know the struggle the Ron has been facing. This is what can be done. A similar procedure will work for the iPhone.
Take a look at the picture below from the screen of an iPad (please note that the link of the actual page is nowhere to be find)
Step 1: Select the symbol at the top (arrow #1), that opens a dialog with a number of options.
Step 2: Select Copy (see arrow #2). This action copies the link of the page.
Doing the above, the following is the link from eBay to the Double Lip Seal 50x73x12 that Ron found.

Re: Seals: transfer case input-output, pinion.
This seal is still available from Nissan. Couple winters ago I walked into Napa here in my tiny little town with the seal in hand. They called their Nissan dealership they get parts from, didn't mention truck it was for but read the number off the seal. Two weeks later I had a set of seals from Nissan. Recently I have bought more of them, directly from Nissan.

Re: Seals: transfer case input-output, pinion.
I ordered the following seal from eBay just to have in stock:
AVX Shaft Oil Seal TC50x73x12 Rubber Lip 50mm/73mm/12mm metric (use this for the search)
http://www.ebay.com/itm/AVX-Shaft-Oil-S ... 5d60384466
It's not double lipped as the original (to keep oil in, and water out). It does have an outer lip that will keep dust out. Will work if you're not fording any streams.
