That device is obviously a great tool. I rented 2 different pullers from Autozone and they wouldn't work. The splines had some hardened resin/glue all over. It was seized on there so I'm not sure how successful I would have been. I just worked on it, mounted. That's why it came out so crappy :)

I appreciate that pic though. If I absolutely HAVE TO pull the wheel I know what to use now.

Very nice trick there Pancho! :clap:

I have always used a wood block, BF rubber mallet and a 3lb sledge. Only use the 3lb sledge on the wood block and rubber mallet on the actual steering wheel. It can take a lot of effort if the wheel is seized on but I have never failed to get one off.
