I wouldn't touch the Chinese remakes, I believe you get what you pay for with tyres but that's just my humble opinion
I was looking at the 33s. I was trying to see what others were running and what had to be done to accommodate them. I really don't want to have to lift at this point.
Not sure of the origins of the tires I was looking at, but was told, by another source a few years ago, when the molds went to China, this tire would no longer be available in the US.

A few 33X10.50-16 (P78) and a few 31X9.50-15 (N78). Note the Gateway name has been ground off. These were the mud tires to have back in the 70/80s where I grew up. http://www.yournexttire.com/servlet/Cat ... rch=Search
So I'm looking at a set of the N78 31-9.5-15s. I would like to mount them on the original wheels but I am concerned about the rim size. Anyone have any problems with running a 9.5 width on the stock wheels?
