I think these would be really close after removing them from the base and using the tail light portion by itself. Note the double seal and lamp view without the chrome bezel. There are 2 screws that attach to the base. Then I believe it would fit flush to the back of the Patrol.

I know of a Patrol that has one of those on it. It doesn't have the chrome bezel on it.
