If the fuel line to the tank is as bad as the other parts, it makes more sense to replace the pipe. Regular copper tubing will do it.

Yes River.....took me only a few minutes and I realized that...... Looks like the hard fuel line is 5/16 OD but I want to cut a piece and get a more accurate number before ordering. Amazon has a 25ft spool of 5/16 steel line for $12.99.

I measured my line you'll need just over 11feet.. My line is steel with a plastic coating. I do not like the routing over the frame but I'm not sure if that original..

Thanks...... I'm hoping many more components (Wiper motor, etc) can be brought back to life with a little luvin. I soaked the rear door latch in AutoTrans fluid for about a week and freed it up. Installed it this past Sunday and works perfect.....

Many of the components on the Patrol can usually be coaxed into working again. You seem to be pretty mechanically capable, so all it should take is some patience. I have breathed life back into wiper motors, headlight switches, fan switches, etc just by carefully taking them apart, cleaning them up and sometimes applying some fresh grease. Just like what you're doing. The parts were made pretty well for the most part, so unless they are totally broken or have been underwater for years, you shouldn't have any problem.
