Hey All, There is a banged up California Patrol on Ebay. Item #4638394411. It may have a few usable parts. Probably would make a real nice planter. Pat

if someone buys it, i will be out there in the area on monday/tuesday of next week..15th and 16th i believe. i can haul it reasonably. i am tempted to buy but i just bought one last week so i am now the proud owner of 2 patrols.. i dont want to start a car lot.. my cell works nationwide, so if you are buying, call me if you are in arizona/texas/new mexico/oklahoma..call me. i am looking for a car to haul back. if i dont find one and its still cheap, i may jump on it. chris www.greenmountainsolar.com 505-430-0918

I am now the new proud owner of thie Patrol in ebay.Ending bid at $300.Towed it home.Yes, it does need a lot of work but it's worth it.It's complete and I think rather rare cause of the year.Check out the picture

I have a photo album under "kl604x4sss" on this list.Attached photo as well.Recently removed the rotten hard top.Installed battery and engine turns over freely, hooray!!But then started having just clicking sound now that I try to turn it. Not sure what the problem is now besides getting replacement parts.It's not as bad as I thought it would be.these trucks are made very solid.How many where produced all together and how many came to the US?

I don't think those are for the Patrol although they are the same shape as the 69 turn signals. But they changed them in 69 to that style due to tougher regs here in the USA on vehicles and safty. By 69 clear was no longer legal for turn signals unless maybe it was an older car that had them already. But for new cars clear was not legal which is why the 69 signals are yellow/amber. Give us the part number and we can look them up to see if they are for the Patrol.

Nice! looks like someone cut out the rear wheel wells, to bad. It looks like a fun project patrol. Is that the origional color or was it origionaly red? That orange is the same collor I painted my Schwinn Stingray back in 1968.
