1969 Clutch Slave Cylinder

Anyone know the Part Number for the Clutch Slave Cylinder for a 1969 L60? I sleeved mine with brass but can't find the right kit. Guess I'll go for a new one.

Joel, Don't know if it is still available, but i remember a slave cylinder being listed on ebay recently. Worth a look.

Thanks. I saw it too and ended up buying it. Sure hope it fixes my clutch problem. I'm tired of grinding gears especially when going into low gear.

Grinding gears going into low is very normal. There are no synchros for low gear. You need to be at almost a dead stop to shift into low without grinding.

Speaking of low, I can't get my 67' transfer case into low range. It moves from high into neutral, but won't go further into low. The truck is new to me, so am I missing any tricks I should know about? You have to be stopped, and the transfer has to be in 4wd - the shifter on the right. Sometimes they needs a little persuasion after they've been sitting for a while. I think there is also a grease fitting for the shaft that the sifters are on, on the right side of the transfer.

thats sure is alot of money to waste on a grinding problem that is totally normal !!! try lowering youre idle around 500 rpm 1st and reverse always grind and sometimes second just the nature of the beast no sycros except in second and third and those are barely what i would call quiet !!! hey river when is ian getting back on ive been out of town collecting goodies of the patrol kind 2700 miles south and what a blast no parts shortages there

This uses those synchros to slow the gears down, then drop it into first or reverse. Fortunately it's in awesome original shape, and needs very little.
