Cahnging a P4o on an MK to a TB42

Cahnging a P4o on an MK to a TB42
I was wondering if I could fit a TB42 found GU/GQs on my 85 Mk,with no modifications? it's abit tought to find replacement engines here in Egypt. I could only findf an SD33, whihc is not good enough for my usage, too slow on highways, and I use it for miles and miles on highways. Now Ijust found aTB42 in a very good shape, but I need to know if it would fit on my MK or not. Thanks
