I have noticed that some U.S. patrols have a rubber hose from the vent pipe(from the tappet cover) to the air filter whereas there are some which dont have it. the jonga does not have it.Also it does not have a nissan logo on the tappet cover like the U.S. patrol does.

That more than likely has something to do with the fact that our USA Patrols have oil bath air breathers, whereas, Ive seen OZ 70's model 60-series that had paper element air breathers.

The jongas too use the same filter so that can be used out . Besides, i have the same hose pipe through the rocker covers to the filter on some photographs of the U.S. patrols too. Something tells me that it is probably some kind of a rocker breather pipe.
