Hi there! And need a water pump

Post by Garagechef »

Thanks for the add!! I purchased a 1964 patrol a couple of weeks ago to start a sympathetic restoration on but it did not have a water pump, no big deal……….Well after finding there’s almost no support for these vehicles, where does a guy get a water pump. I don’t even know what to look for because I don’t even know what one looks like!! Thanks for your help.

Welcome to 60Patrol! :text-welcomeconfetti:

Congrats on your new project. Drats that it was missing the water pump. If you can find a used one they can be rebuilt.

RiverPatrol Kellogg has retired. Is there another source other people have been using?

Thank you RiverPatrol.

I have Eddie loaded down with so many projects he is looking to outsource the pump rebuild. Yes, he can do it, but I have at least a year's worth of work he is focused on.

Thanks Keith, I've directed Eddie to a place near Seattle. I'll report his success or lack thereof.
