Greetings Patrolees Worldwide,
Winslow Patrol is getting closer to the dirt and rocks. I am putting my spare set of OEM 16" rims on it. However, the rims have rivots and a rubber seal that covers them. I''m not sure but the purpose could be protection from leaks or maybe protecion for a tub? If it is for protection for a tub within the tire them we are fine as I'll apply 235/85/R16 SST Pro Cooper tires. If from leaks from the rivots then I need to ask if anyone knows the replacement rubber for these seals?

That inner band was to protect a tube from rubbing on the rivets.
