I went with what seems to be close to original tire size, STA Super Traxion 7.50 x 16. Ordered through Amazon at $249/tire with free shipping.

I ordered some tires that were 7 .00 Power King tires but they were way too narrow for comfort and I returned them and went to a set of 29" Super Swampers. I do like the vintage thread pattern and they look wider than the ones I got.
