Leaf Springs

Does anybody have any thoughts on whether these springs would work for a 1966 Patrol?
I need both front and rear sets but Alcan and Atlas both are asking $1500-$2000 for all four springs. This place has springs for the front and rear listed for less than $1000. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

If they actually have them and can verify that they are for an early Patrol that would be a way to go. Old Man Emu is a well known brand.

I have not had time to investigate them more yet, but plan to work on it today. Will let you know what I find.

Well, called both the seller and Old Man Emu and not sure these will work. Neither have any experience or knowledge of whether they will actually fit. Seems like it would be a 50/50 chance. The length of the spring is within 8 mm but the width and Free Camber dimensions are not nearly as close to the originals. Looks like my best bet is to either order from Atlas or Alcan (Leaning towards). Was hoping to save the $1000 but guess not.

how much wider are they? it says for 2" of lift so of cource the arch isnt the same as original. im tempted to try them

So it has 3 extra leafs? its not really showing a width on the site. what am i missing? looks like the height is about right

The extra leaves are for the heavy loading model Patrols like the pickups and medium or long wheel base sold in other countries. If you put springs with 9 leaves under our short wheel base Patrols it will ride like a board, but you could load an elephant in it before it sagged.
