Hood bumpers - underside

Does anyone have a substitute for the hood bumpers - underside (part numbers 65157-91460 or 65157-44001)? This is #30 in the illustration.

I used to get the adjustable ones, I think they may have been for the Z. They were low profile enough not to mess with the latching. Then there are these:

So the size of the hole is ~5/16" ID
Does anyone have the OD and height of the bumper?
