Do you have any history on this vehicle? Was the previous owner a member here? I can see where he got it going to wheel around the property. I’m wondering why it was given up on. I will make a thread about it, thanks.

I don't know of any history on it. If it was last registered in '04 there was another message board going then that is since defunct. We have the archived messages and many of the pictures from that message board. You can look in the Gallery, any user name that is preceded with 'npca-' has pics from that old message board. It's possible the previous owner was in that group and got enough information to get it going. But even then parts were hard to come by. We've actually made it easier here to find the parts necessary to get and keep a Patrol on the road again, that wasn't necessarily the case then. It's possible it needed something they couldn't find - points, condenser, brakes. The only wheel cylinders available at that time were the factory ones through Nissan and they cost a fortune, enough that many Patrols got parked as a result. One of the Patrols I have ended up in the junkyard where I found it for that very reason.
